Tools: Brush, Roller.
Dilution:
1. Prepare the Mixture of water, Portland cement PCB 40 and ONIP CT11A in the following proportions:
a. Normal rate - hard and waterproof surface:
0.5 kg Water: 1 kg Cement: 1 kg ONIP CT11A
b. Rate of increase of elasticity and waterproofing:
0.3 kg Water: 0.6 kg Cement: 1 kg ONIP CT11A
2. Mix the cement with clean water first, stir until the cement is no longer clotted, after that mix with ONIP CT11A, stir until to be unit
3. Apply 2-3 coats by brush or roller, each layer is apart 5-7 hours applied
Note: The mixture which is mixing with cement must be empty after 2 hours.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed
Ensure the wall is dry, the temperature of the surface should be ≤ 16% or 21 – 28 days new dry wall before painting.
Precaution: The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C . Stir well before use. Empty paint after opening the container. Follow to the recommended painting system.
